Botany Backup Service migration

Botany IT has reaching the end of the cooperation relationship with FoS Dean’s office, due to loss of key IT staff in Dean’s office. Botany IT will have to migrate our backup system to our own server, since Dean’s office has decide to use UBC IT for their IT support, and UBC IT will phase out the curret ticketing sytem we are using.
